In order for clothing to be deemed returnable for store credit or an exchange it must have the following:
All unworn clothing purchased with tags attached can be exchanged only for new merchandise. The merchandise must be in the same condition as when it was originally purchased in order to honor exchange. If we can see physical signs of wear and tear (rips, tears,make-up, etc) we will return your merchandise to you so please be very careful while trying on. There are no refunds.
All Shoes and Accessories are Final Sale.
All promo, sale and clearance items are Final sale. This includes Temptation Tuesday Deals and if you've used a promo discount code.
Once the package is confirmed delivered by the courier it is out of our hands. In the event of a lost/stolen package, please notify the courier and us immediately. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will need to file a claim directly with that courier. We will provide you with the necessary information so you can file a claim with the courier. Please note, it can take up to 90 days to get a response from the local courier in regards to your lost/stolen package.
Clothing must be returned to the following address within 7 days of the delivery date. Items sent through the mail must have be postdated within 7 days of the delivery date.

Spoiled Boutique does not offer cash refunds. All accepted returns will be processed for a store credit that can be used online "ONLY". All sales made using a store credit are final. Please note, store credits are only valid for 90 days from the date issued. They do not apply to shipping charges.
We appreciate your trust in us to provide you with a hot outfit however, if in the event your purchase does not make you feel Spoiled, Our Return Policy Rules for the Spoiled Box Subscription is the same as our standard policy with the exception (You Can Only Exchange Spoiled Box Items for things in that Collection). There is a 90 day minimum subscription obligation. If you would like to cancel your subscription, please send an email with your request and it will be canceled after your 90 day commitment.

As a small business, we can’t afford to be lenient in our policy like other retail giants and department stores, therefore our policy is very strict and is NON-NEGOTIABLE. Any contact (emails or calls) contesting this or requesting an exception will go unanswered, so please adhere/refer to the policy included in your package or noted on our website.
